MEET LYNSAY
Lynsay Ross
I am an Integrative Counsellor working with adults and couples, offering a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is tailored to each individual and relationship, drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to meet your unique needs and goals.
I believe that therapy provides an opportunity to gain greater self-awareness, understand patterns of behaviour, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, stress, loss, or life transitions, I aim to support you in making sense of your experiences and moving forward with confidence.
I also work with couples experiencing difficulties such as communication breakdowns, trust issues, conflict, emotional hurt, and recurring patterns that leave them feeling stuck. Together, we explore these challenges, develop deeper understanding, and work towards healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
My goal is to create a safe and confidential environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
